Official Giveaway Rules

1. No purchase necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. Sponsor

The giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Valley Foods Med (“Valley Foods” or “Sponsor”), 1275 E Main St, El Cajon, CA 92021. Questions can be sent to office@valleyfoodsmed.com or (619) 749-8355.

3. Who can enter

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of California who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and people living in the same household as any of them are not eligible.

4. Giveaway period

The Giveaway begins September 25, 2026 at 12:00 AM PT and ends October 26, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries received after the Giveaway Period ends will not be accepted. Sponsor’s server clock is the official timekeeper.

5. How to enter

During the Giveaway Period, visit the Giveaway page and:

• Follow @valleyfoodscatering on Instagram; and
• Complete the entry form with your name, email address and Instagram username, and submit it. Submitting the form means you agree to these Official Rules.

Limit: one (1) entry per person, per email address and per Instagram account. Entries that use more than one email address or Instagram account, false or someone else’s information, or scripts, bots or other automated means will be disqualified.

Google reviews are optional. The Giveaway page includes a link to leave a Google review of Valley Foods. Leaving a review is not required to enter, is not an entry method, and has no effect on eligibility or on the chance of winning. Sponsor does not ask for positive reviews or any particular rating. If you choose to leave a review, it must reflect your own honest experience.

6. Prizes

Two (2) prizes will be awarded. Each prize is one $50 Valley Foods gift card. Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $100. Gift cards are redeemable at Valley Foods, 1275 E Main St, El Cajon, CA 92021, and are subject to the terms printed on or provided with the card. Prizes have no cash value, are not transferable and may not be substituted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Limit one prize per person and per household.

7. How winners are selected

Within 3 days after the Giveaway Period ends (on or before October 29, 2026), Sponsor will select two potential winners in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing is performed by a computer-based random selection, and a record of each drawing is kept. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winners are chosen only at random. Selection is never based on reviews, number of followers, purchases, relationship with Sponsor or any other personal choice.

Each drawing is recorded with the list of eligible entries, a fingerprint of that list and the random seed used, so the result can be independently re-checked.

8. Winner verification and notification

Potential winners will be notified by email at the address provided on the entry form. Sponsor may also send a direct message from the official @valleyfoodscatering Instagram account. Sponsor will never ask a winner for payment, passwords or bank details.

Before a prize is awarded, Sponsor will confirm that the potential winner follows @valleyfoodscatering on Instagram and meets all eligibility requirements, and may ask for proof of age and residence. A potential winner must reply within 7 days of the first notification attempt. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not reply in time, is found ineligible or does not comply with these rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be drawn at random from the remaining eligible entries.

By accepting a prize, winners agree that their first name and last initial may be shown on the Giveaway page and on Sponsor’s social media, except where prohibited by law.

9. Disqualification

Sponsor may disqualify any entry or person that: enters more than once; uses fake, duplicate or third-party accounts or information; uses automated software, bots or scripts; tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway; or otherwise violates these Official Rules. Entries may be held for review when they show signs of duplicate or automated entry.

10. Instagram, Meta and Google

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc. or Google LLC. By entering, you release Instagram, Meta and Google from any and all liability related to this Giveaway. Any questions, comments or complaints about the Giveaway must be directed to Sponsor, not to Instagram, Meta or Google.

11. General conditions

By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final on all matters relating to the Giveaway. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical problems or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s control, Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend it, and may award the prizes by random drawing from eligible entries received before that action.

To the extent permitted by law, by entering you release Sponsor and its owners, employees and agents from any liability for injury, loss or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or from accepting or using a prize. Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prize.

12. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is used as described in the Privacy Policy. You will only receive marketing messages from Valley Foods if you choose to opt in; opting in is not required to enter.

13. Winners list

To request the first names and last initials of the winners, email office@valleyfoodsmed.com with the subject “Giveaway Winners” within 60 days after October 26, 2026.

14. Governing law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
